First off, shout outs to all my people who spent yesterday night working. Making that money, being unappreciated. Feel y’all. Shout out to my people who are nursing unbelievable hangovers. I’m with you on both things.
We’ve been working on our favorite images from 2012 zine… and, well, we’ve got something nice for you. Our three Toronto editors compiled our respective favorite posts from the past year to make 117/2012- nothing but the best to our eyes. Sorry, not a ton of Hassleblad shit. Sorry, not a ton of dSLR game. Just images we think work- whether it’s a good idea or a bunch of bad kids, it’s not about being a gear jock or spending a million hours post-processing. It’s about taking a photograph because it’s worthwhile- because you looked for it, not because you dragged some frowning 20 year old to your studio.
It’s been a great year- a busy year, yeah, but hella great.
Here’s to another great year of getting into trouble and staying out of jail, riding your bike as far and as frequently as you can, skateboarding every day without getting hurt, and making worthwhile work- whatever that might be. Love y’all a ton.Enough talk, take a look at the zine and stay busy!

Did I ever post the formal flip-through of Sonia and I’s I Think We’re Alone Now?
Oh well, here ya go!
One of the best zines I’ve seen in a really long time.
Woah, it’s been a minute since we dropped a zine online to flip-through. We shuffled a ton of our recent zines to new shops for 2013, leaving us with… well, not too much in the shop. That’s fine, though- some new stuff will be coming up soon! In the meantime, flip-through Marco Hernandez’s Badlands. More flip-throughs later this week!
