Do not we the Indigenous people of Turtle Island (AKA-North America) have the Inherent Right to practise our traditional methods of trade and barter. This question is specifically in reference to the Buffalo and Rainbow Tobacco case that is currently before the courts in Alberta. As I understand the matter, our position, as Indigenous People, is Supra to the provincial regulations of any and all provinces on this land of ours.
